Blackacre Summer Camp July 8th - 12th

What do you get when you combine Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and the Arts with nature and a historic farm?A week filled with fun, adventure and discovery!


Come explore like a scientist, solve problems like an engineer and creatively express the beauty found in nature! Your week long adventure includes exciting challenges and experiences with activities on the homestead.  Hayrides, feeding animals, hanging out with goats; hikes through the woods-building bridges and creating shelters; plus many creative opportunities including making fairy houses and going on an insect safari! 

Whether you’re “Wee Explorer” or a “Young Explorer” you will be amazed at the wonders you’ll experience at Blackacre!

Blackacre’s Wee Explorers Camp: K - 1st grade (Ages 4-7*) | 9-11:30am | Cost: $125 per Child:

Can you stretch tall as a tree? Or hop like a bullfrog? Wee-Explorers will use their senses to discover the wonders of nature. With a new nature inspired theme each day and through hands-on explorations, crafts, games and stories campers will develop an awareness and appreciation for our natural environment.

This is great in combination with our Lost in the Wood’s…at Blackacre camp for campers with older siblings. *Campers must be potty-trained and meet age requirements at the time of the first session. 


Blackacre’s Young Explorers Camp: 2nd - 4th (Ages 7-10) | 9-11:30am | Cost: $125 per Child:

A fun-filled week under the trees; campers will learn the skills needed to become a true explorer! Get hands on experience learning nature safety, navigation skills and how to build shelters. Campers will also take part in a group obstacle course and nature photo safari capturing all of their adventures!

This is great in combination with Wee Explorer’s for campers with younger siblings.

You guys must be doing a fantastic job with the day campers.  I just dropped my two girls off for the morning.  They ran off so quickly to meet their groups that I didn’t even get a ‘goodbye ‘ from either of them!
Can’t wait to hear their stories at the end of the day.
